三月份投稿到Wiley的一个杂志，期间没有任何消息，7月初突然收到编辑的来信（如下），第一次投稿没有什么经验，请大家帮我看看编辑的来信看看接收的希望又多大。

The article deserves publication after the minor corrections mentioned in the report.

The paper overall is clearly written, although some of the English is a bit strange.
P1 L27 beginning a sentence with "And", L36 sentence split, L40 replace 'that' with a comma, L47 "limiting procedure", P2 L4 "And" again, etc.
The presentation is logical and relatively easy to follow.
This reviewer is not particularly familiar with the subject area so cannot comment on much of the technical content.
The example after Theorem 2.1 could be expanded a bit as it is currently not much clearer than the theorem itself.
